Ingredients for Vegetable Chopsuey
Prep Time 15 mints
4 slices white bread, vegan
2 slices cheese substitute with herbs, vegan
2 small pickles
2 tablespoon Foodea tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon herbs Provence, dried
some salt and pepper
some margarine
Method
Liquefy the ketchup with the water. Then stir in the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
Brush the bread slices with margarine
Place one slice of cheese on each slice of bread. Spread the herb ketchup on top
Cut the pickles into slices and place them on top as well
Finish each with a slice of bread and cut the sandwiches in half.
