MADE FROM FOODEA SWEET CHILLI SAUCE
Ingredients for Crispy Vegetables
cooking time 15 mins
¼ cup maida / plain flour / all-purpose flour
½ cup Foodea corn flour
½ tsp Foodea pepper, crushed
1 tsp Foodea ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp Foodea vinegar
salt to taste
1 capsicum red and green
3 baby corn,
2 mushrooms,
10 gobi / cauliflower,
oil for deep frying
2 tsp oil
2 Foodea cloves garlic,
1 green chili,
4 tbsp spring onion
1 tbsp Foodea Sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp Foodea soy sauce
Method
firstly, in a large mixing bowl prepare a flowing consistency batter.
now add in vegetables of your choice and coat well with batter.
also deep fry in hot oil.
stir occasionally, till it turns crunchy and slightly golden brown.
drain off the vegetables on to the kitchen towel and keep aside.
now prepare the sauce by heating up oil.
add in Foodea 2 cloves garlic, 1 green chili and 2 tbsp spring onion.
saute on high flame for a minute.
additionally, add 1 tbsp Foodea chilli sauce, 2 tbsp Foodea tomato sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce and salt to taste.
mix well on high flame till the sauces gets combined well.
now add in fried vegetables and give a quick stir.
also add in chopped spring onions.
finally, serve veg crispy hot as a starters or along with fried rice
