Ingredients for Baked Maccroni with Pineapple
2 cup boiled macaroni
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup warm milk
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (optional)
1 cup Foodea pineapple
Salt
Method
Heat the butter and add all purpose flour and saute it till it becomes pink.
Then gradually add milk, while stirring to avoid lumps.
Add half cup grated cheese and mozzarella cheese. Cook till both cheeses melt, stir continuously on low flame.
Add salt and black pepper and mix well. Finally add boiled maccroni and Foodea pineapple and turn off the heat.
Transfer this to greased baking tray. Cover it with grated cheese
Bake it for about 15 minutes on 360℃ with both coils on, in preheated oven.
Then bake for 5-10 minutes on 360℃ with only top coil on. Baking time may vary from oven to oven so keep an eye, while baking.
