MADE FROM FOODEA SWEET CORN KERNELS
Ingredients for Sweet Corn kernels
Foodea Sweet Corn kernels salt and drained 1 1/2 cups
Foodea Corn flour 3 tablespoons
Oil to deep fry
Foodea Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Foodea Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
foodea Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
foodea Dried mango powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
Dried parsley 1 teaspoon
Method
Take corn kernels in a bowl, add corn flour and mix well.
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Add the corn kernels and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
Transfer the fried corn kernels into another bowl. Add coriander powder, chili powder, chaat masala, dried mango powder, salt, lemon juice and parsley and mix well.
