MADE FROM FOODEA KESAR MANGO PULP
Ingredients for Mango Pudding
Foodea Kesar Mango
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and pitted
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
A pinch of salt
Juice of 1/2 lime
Method
Puree the Mangoes in a blender until smooth.
In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
Add the mango puree to the milk mixture and whisk until well combined.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and comes to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the lime juice.
Pour the pudding into individual serving dishes or ramekins.
Let the pudding cool completely at room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
