Tandoori Mayonnaise

Ingredients for Tandoori Mayonnaise Momos

• Momos (steamed or fried)
• Tandoori marinade (curd, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, tandoori masala, salt)
• Tandoori mayonnaise (mayonnaise, yogurt, tandoori masala, salt)

Method

• Preheat the tandoor oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Brush the momos with the tandoori marinade.
• Place the momos on a baking sheet and bake in the tandoor oven for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
• While the momos are baking, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, tandoori masala, and salt in a bowl to make the tandoori mayonnaise.
• Serve the tandoori momos with the tandoori mayonnaise dipping sauce
