1 (15-ounce) can Foodea black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Foodea chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Foodea black pepper
4 flour tortillas
Your favorite toppings, such as guacamole, Foodea salsa, sour cream, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheese
Method
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the Foodea chili powder, cumin, salt, and Foodea black pepper and cook for 1 minute more.
Add the Foodea black beans, corn, and rice to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
Warm the tortillas according to package directions
To assemble the burritos, place a tortilla on a flat surface and spread a spoonful of the bean and rice mixture down the center. Top with cheese and your favorite toppings.
Fold the bottom of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll the tortilla up tightly, starting from the bottom.
Repeat steps 5-6 with the remaining tortillas.
Serve the burritos immediately with your favorite sides.
