MADE FROM FOODEA SCHEZWAN SAUCE
Ingredients for Schezwan
For the batter:
Foodea Cornflour
Salt
Foodea Red chili powder
Foodea Kashmiri red chili powder (optional)
Water
For the paneer:
Paneer cubes
Oil for deep frying
Method
1. Prepare the batter: In a bowl, mix cornflour, salt, foodea red chili powder, Foodea Kashmiri red chili powder (if using), and water to create a thin batter.
2. Marinate the paneer: Coat the paneer cubes in the prepared batter and set aside for 15 minutes.
3. Deep fry the paneer: Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the coated paneer cubes until golden brown and crispy. Drain and set aside.
4. Take Schezwan sauce Add vegetables: Add capsicum and cook for a minute.
5. Seasoning: Add salt,Foodea black pepper powder,Foodea red chili powder (optional),Foodea red chili sauce, Foodea Schezwan sauce, and Foodea dark soy sauce. Stir well.
6. Thicken the sauce: Gradually add the cornflour mixture while stirring continuously to achieve a desired consistency.
7. Incorporate the paneer: Finally, add the deep-fried paneer cubes and toss gently to coat them in the sauce.
8. Garnish and serve: Garnish with chopped green parts of spring onions and serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
