Foodea Panko Breadcrumbs are a type of Japanese bread crumbs that are light, airy, and flaky. They are made from crust less white bread that is processed into flakes and then dried. Panko breadcrumbs have a dryer and flakier consistency than regular breadcrumbs, and as a result, they absorb less oil. This makes them ideal for frying, as they produce a light and crispy coating.
