MADE FROM GARLIC CHUTNEY
Ingredients for Sev Puri
For the puris: You can buy pre-made puri shells or papdi, or you can make your own dough using all-purpose flour, water, oil, and salt.
For the potato filling: Boil, peel, and mash potatoes. Add cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, salt, finely chopped red onion, and chopped tomato (optional).
Chutneys: You’ll need three chutneys – Foodea green chutney , Foodea Garlic chutney , Foodea sweet Chutney
Other toppings: Nylon sev (thin sev), chopped coriander leaves, pomegranate seeds (optional), raw mango (optional), masala chana dal (optional), and lemon juice.
Method
Arrange puris on a plate.
Add the potato filling on each puri.
Drizzle each puri with green chutney, Garlic chutney, and sweet chutney.
Generously sprinkle nylon sev on each puri.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, pomegranate seeds (optional), raw mango (optional), and masala chana dal (optional).
